    It is said that the night is the darkest at 2 am, and most deaths occur at this time.
  2. The City from Above.
    A city at night, brightly lit streets reaching into the darkness of a desert.
  3. City Vision.
    I imagined all that’s happening in the city at night, some strange twinkling desert bloom teeming with God’s own creatures.
  4. DIFC.
    Dubai International Financial Centre. It used to be my favourite place to walk at night. I often recounted instances in history when wealth eventually would promote culture and art.
  5. Freedom.
  6. Burj Al Arab.
    Wrapped in bright yellow light at night,  like a dragon aglow climbing out of the water.
  7. Deira.
    Dubai’s Musical Fountain.

    Balmy twilight.
